A devastating fire broke out early Saturday morning at the Araromi spare parts market in Ibadan, Oyo State, causing massive damage. The fire, which started around 2 am, destroyed goods worth millions of naira. Firefighters are still at the scene trying to contain the blaze, but the cause of the fire remains unknown, and investigations are underway.

This incident follows another tragic fire just a day earlier, which killed a husband, wife, and their grandson in the Ori-Eru area of Idikan, Ibadan. The Oyo State Fire Services Agency confirmed that they received a distress call about that fire around 3:46 pm on Friday. Both fires have caused widespread concern and highlight the ongoing risks of fire outbreaks in the area.
