A Chinese man named Gz Zhen has been arrested by the police in Abia State. He is accused of pushing his female employee, Ocheze Ogbonna, to her death. Reports suggest he attacked her because she refused his sexual advances.
Zhen works as the manager at Inner Galaxy, a steel manufacturing company in Abia State. He allegedly pushed Ogbonna from a crane at the company during a night shift on Monday, May 20, 2024. This tragic incident led to her death.
The spokesperson for the police command, Maureen Chinaka, confirmed the arrest of the suspect to journalists on Thursday, May 24.
