Princess Beatrice, the granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II, and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, have exciting news to share: they are expecting their second child! The couple, who are already parents to three-year-old Sienna, are thrilled to welcome another addition to their family.

This new baby will also be a little sibling for Sienna and Beatrice’s stepson, Wolfie, who is eight years old. To mark the joyful occasion, the family shared two new pictures. One adorable photo shows little Sienna, with her blonde hair, walking along a country lane, holding hands with her dad and big brother Wolfie.

According to the Palace, both families are “delighted” with the news, and King Charles has been informed.

Buckingham Palace said in a statement: “Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their second child together in early spring; a sibling for Wolfie, aged eight, and Sienna, aged three.

“His Majesty The King has been informed and both families are delighted with the news.”

This baby will be the fourth grandchild for the York family and will be born 11th in line for the British throne, pushing Beatrice’s younger sister, Princess Eugenie, down to 12th place.

Moreover, the baby will be the 14th great-grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II and the second to be born after her passing in 2022, following the birth of Eugenie’s second child, Ernest, last year.
