Victor Osimhen has been crowned Footballer of the Year at the 72nd Milliyet Sports Awards. The award is one of the most respected honours in Turkey.
The striker played a key role in helping Galatasaray win a domestic double last season. He scored 26 goals and provided four assists in 30 league matches.
He also added seven goals in the Europa League and five more in the Turkish Cup. This season, the 27-year-old has continued his fine form with 19 goals and seven assists in 29 matches across all competitions.
