Former Philip Aduda has formally resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party citing internal crises and has met with top leaders of the All Progressives Congress.
Aduda arrived at the APC National Secretariat in the company of newly elected chairmen of Bwari and Kuje Area Councils, Hon. Joshua Ishakwu and Hon. Danjuma Shekwkolo, respectively.
He held a closed-door meeting with the APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, and some members of the National Working Committee to discuss his political future within the party.
The meeting marks a significant political shift in the FCT, highlighting growing tensions within the PDP and a potential boost for the APC ahead of upcoming elections.
