Nigerian forwards Victor Osimhen and Paul Onuachu have been named in the Turkish Super Lig Team of the Week, DAILY POST reports. Both players were key to their clubs’ victories over the weekend.

Osimhen scored the only goal as Galatasaray defeated Istanbul rivals Besiktas 1-0, marking his 11th league goal of the season.

Onuachu netted a brace to help Trabzonspor secure a 3-1 win against Kayserispor, bringing his tally to 20 goals in 22 league matches this campaign.

Another Nigerian, Ibrahim Olawoyin, also made the Team of the Week after starring in Caykur Rizespor’s 1-0 victory over Antalyaspor.
