A senior Iranian official has issued a strong warning to Donald Trump amid rising tensions between Iran and the United States. The statement came after Trump threatened severe retaliation if Iran disrupts oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.  

The warning was reportedly made by Ali Larijani, a senior member of Iran’s security leadership. He said Iran is not afraid of what he described as “empty threats” and advised Trump to “be careful not to be eliminated,” escalating the verbal confrontation between the two sides.  

The exchange of threats comes as conflict in the Middle East continues to intensify, with military operations involving the United States and Israel against Iranian targets. The situation has raised global concerns about the possibility of a broader regional war.  

Analysts say the heated rhetoric from both sides reflects the growing geopolitical tension in the region. Despite the strong language, diplomatic observers warn that further escalation could have serious consequences for international security and global oil markets.
