Rabiu Ali has revealed that he still wants to continue playing for Kano Pillars despite being 45 years old. The experienced midfielder, who competes in the Nigeria Premier Football League, said he remains fit and motivated to help his team succeed.
Ali is currently in his 18th season with the club and continues to play an important role in the squad. So far this season, the veteran star has scored seven goals in 29 appearances, proving that age has not reduced his influence on the pitch.
The midfielder said his main goal is to help the team win more trophies before he eventually retires. He added that he still feels strong physically and believes he has more to contribute to his club and the league.
Ali has already enjoyed a successful career with Kano Pillars, winning four league titles with the club. His dedication and long service have made him one of the most respected figures in Nigerian domestic football.
