Zelensky says 11 countries asked Ukraine for drone help against Iran

Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed that at least 11 countries have asked Ukraine for assistance in dealing with drone attacks linked to Iran. The requests reportedly come from countries near Iran, some European states, and the United States.

Zelensky said Ukraine has gained strong experience in countering drone warfare after defending its airspace from repeated attacks during the conflict with Russia. According to him, Ukraine has developed advanced systems to intercept and neutralize drones.

The Ukrainian leader explained that Kyiv may provide training, electronic warfare tools, and interceptor drones to help other nations strengthen their defense systems. Some Ukrainian drone experts have already begun traveling to the Middle East to support these efforts.

Ukraine has also suggested exchanging its interceptor drone technology for advanced air-defense missiles, which the country urgently needs. The move highlights Ukraine’s growing role in global security cooperation as drone warfare becomes more common in modern conflicts.
