A woman in her 30s was arrested Sunday, March 8, after firing multiple shots at singer Rihanna’s home in Beverly Crest. The incident occurred around 1:21 p.m. at a residence on Heather Road.
Police said the suspect discharged seven to nine rounds from an AR-15-style rifle, with four rounds striking the house. Investigators examined an Airstream trailer parked on the property as part of their inquiry.
The suspect reportedly fired the shots from a car outside the home before fleeing. Her vehicle was later found about eight miles away, where she was taken into custody.
Rihanna was at home during the shooting but was unharmed. The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division is leading the investigation into the incident.
