Hollywood actress Jessica Alba and her ex-husband Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce, ending nearly 20 years of marriage. The former couple will share joint custody of their three children, aged 17, 14, and 7, and neither will pay spousal support.
As part of the settlement, Alba will pay Warren $3 million in two non-taxable installments—$1.5 million immediately and $1.5 million in a year—to balance the division of assets. Alba has also legally restored her last name to Alba. The divorce followed her filing in February last year after their public separation announcement.
The proceedings were described as amicable, and both have moved on with their personal lives. Alba has reportedly been dating actor Danny Ramirez for several months, while Warren has also been linked to new romantic interests.
The divorce marks a legal closure to a long relationship, highlighting modern amicable settlements in Hollywood where custody arrangements and asset divisions are clearly outlined without public conflict.
