Transfer: Osimhen names two Nigerian players he spoke with to join Galatasaray

Victor Osimhen has revealed that he is actively encouraging two of his Super Eagles teammates, Ademola Lookman and Raphael Onyedika, to consider a move to Galatasaray during the ongoing January transfer window. The Nigerian striker said he personally reached out to both players to share his experiences at the Turkish club.

According to Osimhen, he took time to explain what makes Galatasaray special, describing the club as one of the biggest in world football. He also spoke highly of life in Turkey, telling his teammates about the passion of the fans and the beauty of the country, which he believes would appeal to them both on and off the pitch.

Osimhen said bringing Lookman and Onyedika to Galatasaray would be beneficial for everyone involved, including the club, the players, and the supporters. He added that he is doing his best to convince them, stressing that he would be happy to see them join him at the Istanbul-based side.

Currently, Raphael Onyedika plays for Club Brugge in Belgium, while Ademola Lookman is with Atalanta in Italy. It remains to be seen whether either player will make a move in January, but Osimhen’s comments have already sparked transfer speculation among fans.
