Former Premier League goalkeeper and TV analyst, Shaka Hislop, has named his favourite team to win the English Premier League title this season, describing them as the “strongest side” in the competition.

Speaking on a football programme, Hislop said the chosen team has shown consistency, depth and tactical balance that separates them from the rest of the league. According to him, while several clubs are competing closely, one team stands out because of their solid defence, creative midfield and reliable goal scorers.

He added that injuries, fixture congestion and pressure will affect all clubs, but the strongest team is better prepared to handle these challenges. Hislop believes their squad depth and winning mentality will give them the edge in the title race.

Hislop concluded that although football is unpredictable, the current form and structure of the team make them the most likely champions at the end of the season.
