NAF graduates 1,296 recruits to strengthen national assignment

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has graduated 1,296 new recruits as part of efforts to strengthen national security and improve operational capacity across the country. The passing-out ceremony marked the completion of several months of intensive military and professional training for the recruits.

Speaking at the event, senior Air Force officials said the newly trained personnel would be deployed to various units to support ongoing security operations. They noted that the recruits were equipped with essential skills, discipline, and physical endurance needed to handle modern security challenges.

The Air Force leadership emphasized that the graduation aligns with the federal government’s commitment to improving the nation’s defence structure. According to them, manpower development remains a key pillar in addressing threats such as terrorism, banditry, and other criminal activities.

With the addition of the new recruits, the Nigerian Air Force expressed confidence that its capacity to protect lives, property, and national assets would be further enhanced. The recruits were also reminded to uphold professionalism, loyalty, and service to the nation at all times.
