Yuletide: Air Peace resumes daily return flights between Ibadan, Abuja

Air Peace has resumed daily return flights between Ibadan and Abuja, offering relief to travellers during the busy Yuletide season. The airline said the move is aimed at easing movement for passengers who wish to travel conveniently between the South-West and the nation’s capital as festivities peak.

According to Air Peace, the reinstated flights will operate every day, ensuring flexibility and reduced travel stress for business travellers, families, and holidaymakers. The Ibadan–Abuja route is considered strategic, and its restoration is expected to improve connectivity and cut down road travel risks during the festive period.

The airline noted that the decision reflects its commitment to meeting passenger demand, especially during peak seasons. With increased travel activities around Christmas and New Year, Air Peace said it is focused on providing reliable schedules, comfort, and timely departures for customers.

Passengers have welcomed the development, describing it as a timely intervention that supports safer and faster travel. Industry observers believe the move will also boost economic activities between Oyo State and the Federal Capital Territory during the holidays.
