The Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) has successfully conducted its ward and local government congresses across Lagos State. Party members gathered in different locations to choose new executives who will steer PRP activities at the grassroots level.

Officials of the party said the congresses were peaceful, transparent, and well attended. Delegates voted to elect chairmen, secretaries, and other officers, with the aim of strengthening party structures ahead of future political activities.

PRP leaders described the exercise as an important step toward rebuilding the party in Lagos. They noted that empowering ward and local government executives will help the party reconnect with voters and push its programmes more effectively.

The party also called on the newly elected officials to work with unity and discipline. PRP stressed that strong grassroots leadership is key to expanding its presence and competing favourably in upcoming elections.
