Brigade Commander warns soldiers against complacency, arrogance

A Brigade Commander has issued a strong warning to soldiers, advising them to avoid complacency and arrogance while carrying out their duties. He explained that the current security situation in the country demands discipline, alertness, and professional conduct at all times. According to him, any soldier who relaxes or becomes overconfident can put themselves, their team, and civilians at risk.

The Commander stressed that arrogance has no place in military operations, especially when dealing with the public. He reminded troops that they are meant to protect citizens, not intimidate them. He urged them to remain humble, respectful, and focused, adding that the military performs best when officers work together with communities.

He also encouraged soldiers to improve their skills and maintain high standards. He said regular training, proper communication, and teamwork could make a big difference during operations. The Commander warned that failing to stay sharp could give criminals an upper hand, especially in areas dealing with banditry and terrorism.

Finally, he assured the troops that discipline and professionalism will always be rewarded. He promised that the brigade leadership will continue to support soldiers with the resources they need. He urged them to serve with integrity, stay vigilant, and remember the importance of their mission to keep the country safe.
