Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has expressed deep sadness following the death of Olusegun Awolowo, the grandson of the late statesman Chief Obafemi Awolowo. The governor described Olusegun’s passing as a painful loss to the Awolowo family, Lagos State, and Nigeria as a whole. He said Olusegun was a brilliant mind who contributed greatly to public service during his lifetime.
