Insecurity: We are prepared to help you – Amaechi tells Nigerian govt

Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, has expressed readiness to support the Nigerian Government in dealing with the rising insecurity across the country. Amaechi said insecurity has gone beyond politics and should concern everyone, stressing that he is willing to contribute his experience whenever the government calls on him.

Speaking on the situation, he explained that Nigeria’s security challenges require unity, expertise, and honest collaboration. According to him, attacks, kidnappings, and killings happening in different regions are signs that the country must strengthen its security system and work with people who have the capacity to help. He added that meaningful solutions will only come when all hands are on deck.

Amaechi also reminded the public that insecurity affects economic growth, community development, and the safety of every citizen. He urged leaders to put aside political disagreements and focus on protecting lives. He said his willingness to assist is driven by his love for the country and his desire to see Nigeria safe and peaceful.

He further encouraged the government to involve experienced individuals, security experts, and local communities in creating sustainable strategies. Amaechi assured that he is prepared to share ideas, offer support, and help in any way that can bring relief. Many Nigerians welcomed his statement, hoping it will lead to practical steps toward improved security.
