FCT Minister Nyesom Wike has said he will not stop giving his political opponents in the APC, PDP, and ADC what he called “sleepless nights.”

Wike made the comment while speaking about ongoing political tension and criticisms targeted at him.

According to him, those attacking his decisions are doing so because they fear his influence and the structures he has built over the years. He added that he will continue to stand firm and challenge anyone trying to undermine his work in the FCT.

Wike explained that his actions are not about fighting individuals, but about protecting government policies, enforcing order, and stopping people from abusing power. He said his political rivals dislike him because he refuses to bow to pressure or compromise where public interest is involved.

The minister stressed that he would keep doing what he believes is right, even if it makes his opponents uncomfortable. He also told his critics that rather than worry about him, they should focus on improving their own performance and service delivery.
