A Nigerian court has directed former Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Mr. Nwabuoku, to enter his defence in a high-profile money laundering case involving N1.96 billion.

The trial, which has attracted significant public attention, relates to allegations that Nwabuoku misappropriated public funds during his tenure. The presiding judge stated that the prosecution has presented sufficient evidence to require the former AGF to respond to the charges.
