Tinubu building $1trn economy, determined to support MSMEs – Shagaya

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to building a $1 trillion Nigerian economy and ensuring robust support for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), according to business expert Bola Shagaya.

Shagaya emphasized that Tinubu’s administration is focused on economic growth, diversification, and entrepreneurship, noting that MSMEs are vital for job creation and wealth distribution across the country.

“President Tinubu is determined to strengthen local businesses and create an enabling environment for entrepreneurs to thrive,” Shagaya said. “This support is crucial for Nigeria to reach the $1 trillion economic target.”

The government’s initiatives include access to financing, training programs, and infrastructural improvements aimed at empowering small and medium-sized businesses. Analysts say these efforts will enhance Nigeria’s global competitiveness and attract foreign investment.

Shagaya also highlighted that Tinubu’s economic policies focus on industrialization, technology adoption, and export growth, ensuring that the country achieves long-term sustainability and prosperity.

With consistent government backing and strategic policies, Nigeria’s MSMEs are expected to play a central role in the nation’s path toward a $1 trillion economy.
