The founder of Human Rights Radio, popularly known as Ordinary President Ahmad Isah, has commended Lieutenant A.M. Yerima, the Naval officer involved in the recent confrontation with FCT Minister Nyesom Wike. He praised the young officer for remaining calm and professional during the heated encounter.

Ahmad Isah noted that despite being insulted publicly, Lt. Yerima demonstrated discipline and respect, showing the values expected of a military officer. According to him, many Nigerians were impressed by Yerima’s composure and dignity in the face of provocation.

The media personality stressed that public office holders must treat uniformed personnel with respect since they serve and protect the nation. He added that the military uniform represents Nigeria’s sovereignty and should never be disrespected by anyone, no matter their status.

Ahmad Isah also encouraged the military authorities to stand by the officer while urging Nigerians to continue advocating for mutual respect between leaders and security agencies. He maintained that such incidents should not repeat themselves, as they can undermine the morale of those defending the country.
