The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has attributed his remarkable achievements in office to the strong and visionary leadership of President Bola Tinubu. Speaking on Tuesday during the commissioning of access roads in Sector Centre B, Dakibiyu District, Wike praised the President’s leadership style for enabling progress across Abuja.

According to the Minister, Tinubu’s guidance and support have been the driving forces behind the completion of several infrastructure projects in the FCT. “By leadership, all the roads here have now been completed, and in the next few months, we will be here again. The Court of Appeal Division will soon be inaugurated by Mr President,” Wike stated.

He stressed that good leadership remains the foundation of every successful administration. “When you have the right leadership, you can achieve unexpected results. Tinubu has shown the right leadership, and that is why we are able to achieve. Everything we have done is because of the right leadership,” Wike said, highlighting the President’s focus and commitment.

The former Rivers State Governor noted that despite criticisms, Nigerians must acknowledge the President’s efforts and achievements. He added that effective leadership always attracts opposition but emphasized that focus and determination guarantee results.

Wike further expressed satisfaction with the transformation of the Dakibiyu District, saying residents can now appreciate the visible change in the area. “When people walk around this place now, they’ll wonder if this was the same Dakibiyu District we used to know,” he said proudly.
