A dramatic scene unfolded at Mile 2 in Lagos after a woman confronted police officers who allegedly threatened to kill her husband during a heated encounter. According to eyewitnesses, the altercation started when the man questioned the officers for stopping him without reason. One of the policemen reportedly became aggressive and pointed his gun at the man, sparking panic in the area.

The woman, visibly shaken but brave, stepped in to defend her husband, demanding that the officer lower his weapon and explain the threat. Bystanders gathered at the scene, recording the incident and urging the officers to act responsibly. The situation was later brought under control as senior officers intervened.

Residents have since called for an investigation into the matter, condemning the frequent harassment of innocent citizens by some police personnel. Human rights activists also urged the Lagos State Police Command to ensure accountability and restore public trust.
