The All Progressives Congress (APC) chapter in Italy has praised Nigeria’s growth and President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, especially in steering the nation through difficult times. The group highlighted that despite challenges, the country is making steady progress under the current administration.

In their Independence Day message, the APC members in Italy noted that President Tinubu has introduced reforms aimed at strengthening the economy, boosting infrastructure, and promoting unity among Nigerians at home and abroad. They expressed optimism that these policies would open up new opportunities for development.

However, the group appealed to the Federal Government to prioritize the appointment of ambassadors across different countries. According to them, many Nigerians in the diaspora are facing challenges that could be better addressed if functional embassies and ambassadors are in place to represent their interests.
