Political analyst, Silas Ashilolo, has urged the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to take immediate action against the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike. He warned that if the party fails to expel Wike, it risks facing serious internal crisis that could further weaken its structure and relevance ahead of future elections.

Ashilolo argued that Wike’s actions and open alignment with rival political interests have continued to harm the PDP. According to him, allowing Wike to remain within the party amounts to encouraging division, disloyalty, and instability. He stressed that decisive steps are needed to protect the integrity of the opposition party.

He further warned that if the PDP delays, the consequences may be disastrous, describing it as a journey towards “Golgotha.” Ashilolo called on party leaders to act boldly and unite members, emphasizing that political survival depends on discipline, loyalty, and firm decisions.
