Former Rivers State governor and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has responded to recent claims linking him to property ownership in Florida, USA. Wike firmly stated that he has nothing to hide regarding his personal or family assets, stressing that such allegations are politically motivated attempts to tarnish his image.

The FCT Minister explained that he has always declared his assets openly and remains committed to transparency. According to him, those spreading the allegations are only trying to distract him from his duties and undermine the work he is currently doing for the nation’s capital.

Wike further challenged his critics to provide concrete evidence instead of relying on speculation and propaganda. He maintained that his focus remains on serving Nigerians, adding that no amount of blackmail will stop him from delivering on his responsibilities in Abuja.
