Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe has reacted after his France teammate, Ousmane Dembele, won the 2025 Ballon d’Or ahead of Barcelona youngster Lamine Yamal.

Both Mbappe and Dembele play together for the French national team.

On Monday night in Paris, Dembele, who plays for Paris Saint-Germain, was named the winner of this year’s Ballon d’Or. He came out on top ahead of Yamal and PSG teammate Vitinha.

Mbappe showed his excitement by sharing a post on his Instagram story. He reposted a photo of Dembele in a PSG jersey holding the Ballon d’Or trophy and wrote:
“It’s all about emotions, my brother! You deserve it a thousand times.”

The French captain made it clear that Dembele fully deserved the win.

Meanwhile, Mbappe himself finished inside the top 10 of the 2025 Ballon d’Or rankings after enjoying an impressive first season at Real Madrid.
