President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Kaduna State for a one-day working visit.

The President touched down at the Kaduna International Airport around 1:00 pm on Friday. He was warmly received by Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani, alongside Borno State Governor Babagana Zulum, ministers, senators, and other senior government officials.

During the visit, Tinubu is expected to attend the wedding ceremony of Nasirudeen Yari and Safiyya Idris. Nasirudeen is the son of former Zamfara State Governor and current Senator representing Zamfara West, Abdul’aziz Yari.

The President will also pay a courtesy visit to Aisha Buhari, widow of former President Muhammadu Buhari, at the Buhari family residence in Kaduna. His visit is seen as both a political and personal gesture, strengthening ties with key northern families.
