EPL: They’ll go nowhere with him – Parker names biggest problem in Man United’s team

Former Manchester United defender, Paul Parker, has urged the club to sell Bruno Fernandes in January.

Parker believes the Portuguese star no longer fits the team and is slowing down progress. He said manager Ruben Amorim treats Fernandes like a savior, but his style of play is hurting the squad instead of helping it.

The ex-Red Devil added that United should have accepted the £100m offer from Saudi Arabia last summer. He feels it is time to let Fernandes go and bring in younger midfielders.

Parker suggested Brighton’s Carlos Baleba to partner with Kobbie Mainoo, who he described as United’s future. For now, Fernandes will hope to prove critics wrong when United face Chelsea this weekend.
