The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has spoken about the claims making rounds that he suffered a heart attack.

Recently, there were strong rumours that the former governor of Rivers State was very sick and battling health issues after allegedly having a heart attack.

Speaking during the commissioning of a project in Abuja today, September 18, Wike dismissed the speculations and gave his side of the story.

According to Wike

“I hear they have a heart attack. God will continue to help them have a heart attack. It is my prayer that I will sign their condolences. 

It’s my prayer that very soon I will write a letter that we are sorry we loved him, but take heart because it’s God that gives and God that has taken.”
