Former Big Brother Naija star and media personality, Tacha, has called out content creators for always mocking the infrastructure in Lagos State.

She accused them of being hypocritical, saying they make it look like Lagos is the only state in Nigeria. Tacha challenged them to also show the good parts of their own states instead of focusing only on Lagos.

In her post on X, Tacha wrote that many content creators complain about Lagos daily, while some of them don’t even know who their local government chairman is. She urged them to highlight “highbrow” areas in their states too, instead of picking only Lagos for criticism.

This reaction came after a viral video showed the poor drainage system in a high-class Lagos area.

Recently, NYSC member Ushie Uguamaye (known as Raye), influencer Scott Iguma, and comedian Acapella, stirred up reactions after they claimed that Lagos State “smells.”

In response, the Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, dismissed the claims, saying that some people are only trying to damage the image of the state.
