Hulk Hogan’s will names just one beneficiary to his huge fortune

Hulk Hogan, the legendary wrestler, passed away in July 2025 at the age of 75, leaving behind a fortune of nearly $5 million.

His will has now revealed that his son, Nick, 35, is the only person named to inherit his estate, while his daughter Brooke was not included.

Nick recently submitted paperwork asking to be appointed as co-personal representative of his father’s estate alongside a man named Terry McCoy.

Hulk Hogan first drafted his will in 2016 and updated it several times over the years, including in 2017, 2021, 2022, and finally in July 2023.

Although Nick is the sole beneficiary, Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, is officially recognized as his surviving spouse. The estate includes $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and $4 million in rights to his publicity.

There is also an unspecified amount set aside for a possible medical malpractice lawsuit.

Sky Daily has reportedly planned to sue Hulk’s doctors, claiming that a neck surgery he had in May was not performed correctly.

Hulk also owned two adjacent properties in Florida, valued at around $11 million, but these are not part of the estate, possibly because they are held in a trust or LLC.

Nick filed the paperwork to have a curator appointed for the estate, suggesting Terry McCoy for the role. This step came after legal action to block Hulk’s former friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, from releasing a controversial documentary about him.
