Actress Nia Long recently shared a post mocking men who have side relationships. She pointed out that men going through a “midlife crisis” often think they are important just because a side chick is paying attention to them.

In her post, she wrote, “Too much attention from a side chick makes a midlife crisis man think he’s a king. Easy tiger, it’s just a paper hat from the kids’ table.”

This comes three years after Nia Long split from Ime Udoka, who was suspended as head coach of the Boston Celtics over a reported relationship with a team staff member. Nia and Ime share a son together.
