Fugitive Nicholas Rossi is found guilty of r@pe in US case after he faked his own de@th

Nicholas Rossi, an American who ran away to Scotland after pretending to be dead, has been convicted of rape in the United States.

Rossi, who also goes by the name Nicholas Alahverdian, denied all the charges in court.

He was found guilty of a 2008 rape after a three-day trial in Utah, during which the victim and her parents testified.

The case involved an attack in Salt Lake County, and Rossi still has another trial coming up in October for an alleged rape in Utah County.

The jury, made up of four men and four women, took more than eight hours to reach a decision.

While the verdict was being read, Rossi, who had previously joked with his lawyers, showed no emotion.

The court heard from the Salt Lake County victim, referred to as MS.

MS said she first met Rossi online, started dating him, and became engaged after just two weeks.

She explained that Rossi soon became controlling, borrowed money from her, restricted her from driving her own car, and criticized her clothing.

MS said she decided to end the relationship, at which point Rossi pushed her onto his bed and raped her.

Rossi’s defense argued the case was incomplete, comparing it to a “puzzle from a thrift shop” with missing pieces.

They also claimed MS was angry about losing money on engagement rings and only accused Rossi of rape after seeing him in the news 13 years later.

The court also heard from another woman, KP, whom Rossi allegedly raped in Utah County. KP testified in the Salt Lake County trial.

KP said she met Rossi on MySpace in August 2008 when she was 21 and they had a short relationship.

She explained that Rossi once spent up to $400 on a computer using her credit card without permission, promising to pay her back, but later admitted he couldn’t.

KP said that during a later encounter, Rossi began a sexual act on himself, and when she tried to leave, he pinned her down and raped her.

Rossi’s trial for allegedly raping KP is scheduled to begin in Utah County on October 17 and is expected to last two weeks.
