2027: ‘Blood will flow, rig and die’ – Charly Boy tells Nigerians not to tolerate rigging

Veteran Nigerian singer and activist, Charles Oputa, better known as Charly Boy, has made a bold statement ahead of Nigeria’s 2027 general elections. He said he hopes Nigerians will stand up and fight against election rigging, even if it means putting their lives on the line.

Charly Boy encouraged citizens to take drastic steps to remove the current political leadership, insisting that the situation may worsen before it gets better.

He strongly criticized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration, claiming it is far more corrupt than the government led by the late former President Muhammadu Buhari.

During a recent interview with media personality Jay On-Air, Charly Boy expressed concern about whether the votes of ordinary Nigerians will matter in the upcoming election.

He said he’s tired of comparing corrupt politicians, as many of them are stealing from the country regardless of their tribe or background. According to him, Nigerians are aware of the political tricks being played.

Charly Boy concluded by saying he wants to see a “rig and die” attitude in 2027, warning that things could turn violent if people’s votes are ignored. He emphasized that change won’t come easily.
