Kun Khalifat FC, a newly promoted team in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), has announced Ifeanyi Anaemena as their new sporting director.
The Owerri-based club made it to the NPFL after their strong performance last season in the lower division. This will be their first time playing in the top league.
Anaemena, who recently played for Remo Stars, brings both experience and leadership. He was part of the Remo Stars team that won their first-ever NPFL title just last season.
Throughout his football career, Anaemena played for big Nigerian clubs like Giwa FC, Enyimba, and Rivers United. He also played outside Nigeria with Al-Nahda in Saudi Arabia.
His years of experience, both locally and internationally, are expected to help guide Kun Khalifat FC as they prepare for their NPFL debut. The club is hoping his presence will bring success both on and off the field.
