Media couple Betty and Soni Irabor are celebrating their 42nd wedding anniversary today, July 29.

They got married in 1983 and have been together ever since. The couple is blessed with two children.

Betty Irabor shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, looking back on their life together and appreciating how much support her husband has given her over the years.

She described him as her biggest supporter in her career and life, saying his encouragement has helped her stay strong and keep going.

She wrote;

We’ve faced prosperity and adversity, hand in hand, anchored by faith and fortified by love.

IN SICKNESS AND IN HEALTH

From the pain of secondary infertility to the heartbreak of miscarriage…

Through the darkness of depression and the storm of a stroke — we stood together.

Unrelenting. Unshaken. Honoring the vows we made, choosing each other again and again.

TILL DEATH DO US PART

That part is beyond our control, but by God’s grace, we continue to journey together.

42 years on… and I still want to grow old with you, Soni boy.

Thank you for being my biggest career cheerleader, my faithful companion, my dearest friend.

When I tell my friends and family about your good deeds, they say,
