Music manager Muyiwa Awoniyi has officially ended his partnership with Nigerian singer Omah Lay.

He announced the news on Friday through his X (formerly Twitter) page, making it clear that there was no bad blood between them.

Awoniyi shared kind words for the “Soso” crooner, wishing him continued success in his music career.

In a brief statement, he wrote, “With love and respect, I am no longer managing @Omah_Lay.”

He added that Omah Lay remains like a brother to him and wished him the best in all he does going forward.

Aside from managing Omah Lay in the past, Awoniyi still works closely with Grammy-winning singer Tems.

He also used to manage Nigerian-Canadian artist, Nonso Amadi.

Their split appears to be on good terms, showing mutual respect between artist and manager.
