Former APC Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, has shared his thoughts on the new party leader, Nentawe Yilwatda.

Ganduje said Yilwatda became the National Chairman of APC at an important moment for the party.

He also said he trusts Yilwatda to lead the ruling party in the right direction.

Yilwatda was picked as APC Chairman during a big party meeting held at the Presidential Villa on Thursday.

Ganduje described Yilwatda’s selection as a smart move by the party at a key time.

In a signed statement, Ganduje praised Yilwatda for being intelligent, experienced, and able to manage things well.

“I believe Prof Yilwatda will help the party grow stronger. His choice as Chairman at this time is a wise decision for APC,” Ganduje said.

He also thanked President Tinubu and Vice President Shettima for their mature leadership of the party.

According to him, the president and his deputy have shown great direction in leading APC.
