Galatasaray has officially reached a full agreement with Napoli to sign Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen on a permanent deal.
Osimhen impressed everyone during his 2024/25 loan season at Galatasaray, where he scored 37 goals and made eight assists in 41 games. His strong performance has now earned him a permanent spot under coach Okan Buruk.
The Turkish club will pay €75 million for the Super Eagles star. Out of that, €40 million will be paid right away, while the remaining €35 million will be paid by the end of 2026. Napoli will also receive €5 million in bonuses if some conditions are met. In addition, they will get 10% of any future sale if Osimhen is sold again.
There is also a special rule in the deal—Osimhen cannot join another Serie A team for the next two years. This is meant to stop him from playing against Napoli in the Italian league.
Victor Osimhen had an amazing time at Galatasaray last season. In the Turkish Super League alone, he scored 26 goals and assisted five more. Fans are excited to see him continue his great form with the team.
