Nollywood actress Angela Okorie is choosing peace after weeks of tension on social media. In a message she posted on Instagram today, Angela opened up about her recent thoughts and offered a public apology to both Mercy Johnson and Senator Ned Nwoko.

A while back, Angela made headlines when she accused fellow actress Mercy Johnson of being very sick. She also dragged Regina Daniels and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, in her posts.

Now, Angela says she has had time to think deeply about everything and regrets letting her feelings get out of control.

Speaking directly to Mercy Johnson, Angela explained that she often talks from a place of pain. She admitted that although her emotions were real, her words hurt others. She asked Mercy to forgive her.

She also reached out to Senator Ned Nwoko with an apology. Angela said her reaction to something she saw as an attack was disrespectful and wrong.

She shared that she had once worked with the senator during his political campaign and had been close to his family. Because of this, she felt bad about the things she said.

Angela further revealed that she has been going through a tough time, dealing with betrayal, lies, and false stories spread online. Despite that, she said she’s letting go of all the pain and choosing forgiveness.

She ended her message with a powerful note: “Being at peace is better than war or fight.”
