Nigerian content creator and TikTok streamer Jarvis recently opened up during a live TikTok session about her struggles in her relationship with fellow streamer Peller. She hinted that she’s emotionally exhausted and not happy with how things have turned out between them.
Speaking with fellow content creator Sandra Benede, Jarvis revealed that she has often had to bend her values and personal boundaries to please Peller. She said she found herself doing things she normally wouldn’t do, just to make the relationship work.
Jarvis expressed her disappointment that even after making sacrifices, it’s still her reputation that suffers. According to her, while Peller remains unaffected by public judgment, she’s the one losing value in people’s eyes.
She also mentioned that some people believe she’s trying to compete with Peller simply because she creates similar content. This perception, she says, adds more tension to their situation.
Jarvis explained that at the beginning of their relationship, she struggled to accept Peller’s personality. Over time, she started compromising, agreeing to do things that didn’t align with her brand or personal values. Even when she voiced her concerns, she still gave in after he persuaded her—only to face online backlash after the content was posted.
She ended by saying that in situations like this, it’s often the woman who pays the price. “A man can leave and marry someone else easily,” she said, “but it’s the woman who gets shamed.” She believes this unfair judgment only adds to the pain she’s already experiencing.
