Chelsea beat PSG 3 – 0 to win FIFA Club World Cup 2025

Chelsea have been crowned champions of the first-ever expanded FIFA Club World Cup after a strong 3-0 win over PSG on Sunday night. The final took place at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, where the Premier League team showed great quality from the start.

Even though many people expected PSG to win, Chelsea surprised everyone by taking full control of the match within the first 43 minutes.

Cole Palmer, the talented English midfielder, led the way by scoring two goals in the opening 27 minutes. His early goals gave Chelsea the confidence and momentum they needed.

New signing Joao Pedro, who recently joined the team from Brighton during the tournament, added a third goal in the 42nd minute. This made it clear that Chelsea were in total command of the match.

In the second half, Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez made two impressive saves to stop PSG from getting back into the game. His efforts helped keep Chelsea’s clean sheet intact.

PSG’s night went from bad to worse when Joao Neves was shown a red card for pulling Marc Cucurella’s hair during the closing minutes of the match.
