President Bola Tinubu has returned to Nigeria on Saturday after spending two weeks visiting two countries—Saint Lucia and Brazil.

This update was shared by the President’s spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, through a post on his official X account.

It can be recalled that Tinubu left Abuja on Saturday, June 28, 2025, for a diplomatic trip to Saint Lucia and Brazil.

His visit to Saint Lucia was aimed at improving Nigeria’s relationship with countries in the Caribbean and promoting unity between developing nations in the global South.

On July 4, Tinubu left Saint Lucia and headed to Brazil to take part in the 2025 BRICS Summit, which was held from July 6 to 7.
