A man has taken legal action against music star Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of behaving in a very disturbing and inappropriate way. The lawsuit claims that Diddy used a shirt that belonged to the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. in a s3xual act, then threw it at the man involved.

The person making the claim, referred to as John Doe, said the event happened in September 2020. He said it was during a music listening session for a Biggie Smalls project. According to the legal documents, Diddy allegedly gave people drugs like ketamine and then took them to a warehouse in Los Angeles where Biggie’s clothes were kept. The man said people were acting wildly due to the drugs.

John Doe says he found himself alone in a room with Diddy. He claims Diddy started watching adult videos on his phone, grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts, and began m@sturbating in front of him. Diddy allegedly told the man to help him, but before he could respond, Diddy reached org@sm and threw the stained shirt on him, then laughed and said, “RIP Biggie,” as he walked out.

The lawsuit also mentions another event that allegedly happened back in 2005. In that incident, Diddy is accused of pushing his private part into the man’s face and demanding an inappropriate act.

This lawsuit includes serious accusations such as s3xual battery and emotional abuse. The man is asking for financial compensation. As of now, Diddy’s team has not made any public comments on the case.
