British-Nigerian actor Damson Idris has openly shared that he is proud to be a “mummy’s boy.”

The award-winning actor said he used to feel shy about it in the past, but now he proudly owns it.

According to him, his mother is the reason he is alive today, and she has always been his biggest fan.

In a recent interview with Kiss FM in London, the 33-year-old actor said that his biggest goal is to make his mum proud.

He said, “I’m a mummy’s boy, big time. I used to feel shy when people said that, but now I feel proud. My mum gave me life, and she has always supported me. I’m also her biggest fan.”

Damson also mentioned that he relates to a movie character named Joshua, who just wants to make his mum proud and succeed in life. Damson said he hopes to win in life too and make his mother happy.
