Nigerian comedian I Go Save has given some relationship advice to men. He told them not to use singer 2Face Idibia’s recent situation as an excuse to be emotionally cold in relationships.
He shared this advice on Instagram shortly after 2Face apologized publicly to his wife, Annie, and their children. The apology came after the singer made a statement that caused a lot of backlash.
In an interview with Nedu Wazobia, 2Face said that no matter how much a man loves a woman, it’s hard for him to stay with just one woman sexually. Many people found this statement controversial.
Reacting to it, I Go Save warned men not to use 2Face’s experience as a reason to act tough or distant in their own relationships. In his words, “No use 2Face happenstance take form strong man for love o!”
He also reminded men that this kind of thing can happen to anyone, no matter how strong they think they are—even someone like the Incredible Hulk. That’s why, instead of acting proud, men should always pray for God’s grace and mercy in their relationships.
