Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin Combs are being accused in a new lawsuit of sexually assaulting a woman in 2017. The woman, who is from Louisiana, says Justin convinced her to come to Los Angeles by promising her a job in the entertainment industry. She claims this was only a trick, and that once she arrived, she was sexually assaulted by Diddy, Justin, and two other men who were wearing masks.

According to the lawsuit, the woman first met Justin on Snapchat. She says he asked her to send him explicit pictures, and she did. A few days later, Justin invited her to California for a weekend, saying he wanted to talk about her career and that his father could help her get a job.

When she arrived in Los Angeles, a driver picked her up and took her to a house in Beverly Hills. She stayed there with Justin and says that when she asked if they were going out, he told her they weren’t leaving the house. She also says Justin gave her drugs—alcohol, pills, or something she thought was weed but now believes may have been mixed with something harmful.

After she took the drugs, she says three men wearing masks came into the house. She believes one of them was Diddy because of how he moved and because Justin called him “Pops.” She says she was taken to a bedroom and threatened, being told to let the assault happen or face consequences. According to her, each man then took turns raping her from late Saturday until Sunday afternoon. On Monday, she says she was taken to the airport and sent back home.

Diddy has denied all the allegations. His lawyer stated that no matter how many lawsuits are filed, Diddy has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.
